How do I order a Virtual Tour or a Video Messenger profile?
Click on the "OrderVideos" button in the upper right corner of this page and complete the order form. If you have a quotation, provide the quote number. Otherwise, select a video type from the list. Then complete the contact information.

You will then receive an email with payment instructions. As soon as payment is made we will process your order.
What happens after I place an order?
New Vista Video will contact you to collect information about the video and property and notify a professional videographer to schedule the shooting with you. For Virtual Tours, we provide a questionnaire that you complete and return. We then create the video script and send it to the videographer and to you for review. The video shooting will usually take between 30 and 45 minutes.

For video Profiles, we provide a list of suggested topic questions for the interview, or you can provide your own. At the video shoot, you will simply respond to the interview questions posed.

2-3 days after the video shoot you will receive an email with a link to your video on the web.
Is there a difference between a Tour and a Profile?
A Virtual Tour begins with a script that is created to showcase your property, business, or organization. Then we bring the script to life with staged video shots that support the scripted message.

A Profile video is recorded as you answer questions that prospects might pose when they meet you. Before the taping, we provide a list of topic questions or you can supply your own. You are most effective when you talk naturally with prospects and friends and we will capture this on camera. Do not try to memorize your lines or you risk losing spontaneity, sincerity, and charm.
How do I create the script?
New Vista Video will create the script from information you provide. You complete a questionnaire and our staff will do the rest. We utilize marketing and communication professionals that are experienced in effectively presenting you and your business.
How long does it take to get my videos?
Most property tours and profiles will be completed within 2-3 business days after the video shoot. The video shooting date will be coordinated between you and the videographer. When completed, we will send you an email with a link to your video and will distribute it to websites you specified on your order.
Can I take videos with my camcorder and send them to you?
Professional video cameras, lighting techniques and sound equipment are critical to producing the high-quality video that distinguishes your business. Professional videographers are equipped and skilled in creating the best experience for your Web visitors. Editing and post-production effects are no substitute for high-quality videography. We only accept videos taped by our approved videographers.
Are you a photography or videography company?
New Vista Video is a service provider of video for the Web. We utilize the artistic talents of professional videographers and photographers that are independent business owners. Our expertise is in combining their talents, our marketing and communication skills, and digital technology so your business can be more effective on the Internet.
What will my clients need to view my videos?
Your clients need a broadband Internet connection, a computer and a web browser. Chances are they already have the software needed to view the videos - 98% of computers are already equipped! And it doesn't matter if they use Windows, MacIntosh, or a Linux system! Since our videos are "streamed" and not downloaded, they won't need lots of hard drive space!
How can I save a virtual tour so I can see it later?
We use the most secure and efficient methods of delivering video over the web - "streaming" video. It is a lot like watching TV - as soon as you see the images, they are gone from the computer! That means the videos never reside on the hard drive and so it is not possible to save the video. If you would like to have a CD or DVD of your video, we can provide one for an additional fee.
What web sites and MLS can I link to my video?
Our videos can be linked to any web page you desire. We can also support local and national MLS services. You provide the web sites and MLS identification at time of order and we will forward the link information and brief instructions to the webmaster or site administrator. Since our videos will be hosted from our servers, all that is needed by your staff is simple instructions on how to link a button on your web page to start the video playing from our servers.
How can I update or correct information on the listing page?
Property information shown on a listing page provided by New Vista Video is created from information you provide. If the information changes or corrections are needed, please notify us at support@newvistavideo.com or call us at 281-362-8343.
How do I remove the listing when the home has sold?
Please contact us at 281-362-8343, or email us at support@newvistavideo.com to remove the video from the Internet.
